What information do we collect and how do we use it?

• When you create an account with us we require your first and last name as well as your email address. Your email address acts as your user ID and you will create your own password.
• When you place an order with us we collect the following information:
• Your billing address to verify payments
• Your full name, delivery address & phone number in order to deliver your order
• Your email address to send you your invoice, notify you of your shipment with tracking information, to confirm refunds on your account and to contact you in relation to your order
• We may also use your phone number to contact you in relation to an order you have placed

Do we hold any credit card or payment information?
UCSVC.ie processes payments using Realex Payments (Global Payments) & PayPal. We do not store any credit card information. When placing an order with us, you will be directed to either Realex Payments or PayPal to complete payment. When payment is complete, you will be redirected back to our website to confirm your order.
Will we send you any marketing material?
We will not send you any marketing information unless you sign up for our newsletter. We use Mailchimp email marketing service to store your name & email address and send you offers & promotions from time to time. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletter or emailing us at xxxxxxxx

Do we share your information with any other third parties?

We share your name & email address with Mailchimp if you sign up for our newsletter. Mailchimp is a marketing automation platform and email marketing service which we use to send you promotions & offers. When you sign up with Mailchimp, you will receive an email to opt-in to our newsletter subscription
We share your name, delivery address & phone number with An Post so they can deliver your order.

We automatically track certain non-personally identifiable information based on your behaviour on our website with Google Analytics. This information includes the website/URL your are coming from, the website/URL you go to, your general location (ie city/town you are in), type of browser & device you are using and your IP address. This helps us improve the content & functionality of our website.

We also use Google Adwords tracking feature. Again, this does not collect any personally identifiable information about you but lets us know whether sales are coming from Google Adwords or not
