Old Canal House Refurbish

Clones Development Society look to the future restoration of the Ulster Canal.  In anticipation of the Ulster Canal reopening, we in CDS have obtained planning permission to refurbish the old Canal Worker House that sits adjacent to the Canal Stores.  When restored this beautiful old stone building will have a new lease life again and compliment the proposed new water sports facility announced in 2018.   As you can see in this animation the building will be restored with all its old features preserved a welcome addition to the existing site.
